Junior Design Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Design Engineer to support the design and development of solar mounting structures. The role involves preparing drawings, assisting in structural design, and coordinating with project and production teams to ensure accurate execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings for solar mounting structures
- Assist in structural design and detailing as per project requirements
- Work on AutoCAD / SolidWorks / similar design software
- Coordinate with production and site teams for design implementation
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy before execution
- Support in BOQ preparation and material planning
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of mechanical/structural design concepts
- Familiarity with design tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.
- Understanding of solar structures (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Education
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years required

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar EPC, contractors, and industrial clients
- Promote and sell solar mounting structures
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical coordination with internal teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in solar / renewable / industrial sales

- Willingness to travel for client meetings
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing (preferred)

ITI Fitter
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ITI Fitter to join our maintenance team.
